Thinking about offering online tutoring services?  Not sure where to start? Since Spring 2009 the Sierra College Writing Center has extended its services to include real-time online support to students who need assistance with writing projects across the curriculum. In this session I’ll show you how we built the service, what a typical session entails, and what student users are saying. I will also share the results of our Spring 2009 pilot program as well as report on our continued journey into online student support. Bring your questions!
