Important information on registering for courses vs. site registration

For your security, registering for courses and @ONE website registration are separate processes handled by different websites (thriva.com handles course registration and payment), so the login credentials cannot be shared. We are working on ways to streamline this process and make it easier.

We have already removed the need to use the second site login to access our desktop seminar archives.

Attendance Instructions

Seminars and online courses are delivered in a variety of ways and via different web services. You will receive instructions, location and any passcodes necessary for attending the event via email.

I registered on the @ONE website but I never received a confirmation email

Check to make sure the email is not in a spam folder, or that it was not blocked by anti-spam software. Unfortunately, these automatic emails sometimes look like spam. Make sure any anti-spam settings are set to allow mail from onefortraining.org.

I received an email with login information but am unable to login

Make sure you are using your username -or your email address – and password  exactly how it appears in the email you received. Remember, this is a different login from thriva.com.

The @ONE website uses browser cookies for validation. Make sure your browser is allowing cookies from www.onefortraining.org.
