Did you attend this year's Online Teaching Conference at San Diego City College or participate in the sessions virtually? If so, what was your greatest takeaway? Share your reflections in a comment below.

As always, I enjoyed the opportunity to see familiar faces and meet new ones! Aside from networking, I attended Chris Bell's Google Wave workshop and was really inspired about the possibilities of using it for online learning. I've decided to continue my own experimentation with the tool to familiarize myself with it more and will wait until it's out of "beta" stage before integrating it into a class. But, wow, it has some great features!

San Diego 2010
I was one of the panelists for a discussion on the use of social media. We had a small but active audience, and I enjoyed the interaction.
