Trouble logging in? Here are some resolutions to commonly asked questions.

• For your security, registering for courses and @ONE website registration are separate processes handled by different websites (thriva.com handles course registration and payment), so the login credentials cannot be shared.
   
• If you want to log in to where you registered or paid for an individual course or training event, please go to our payment gateway https://thriva.activenetwork.com/MyAccount/Login.aspx?Org=AtOne
   
• Training is delivered in a variety of ways, and instructions to access a seminar or course will be sent to you via email. Specific access instructions for individual courses is not available on the this website or the registration website directly.
   
•  Reminder - all email will be sent to the address you registered with.
   
• Make sure any anti-spam settings are set to allow mail from onefortraining.org. Also, check to make sure the email is not in a spam folder, or that it was not blocked by anti-spam software. Unfortunately, these automatic emails sometimes look like spam.
